After much fan anticipation, Team Secret have finally announced their new roster for the new Dota 2 season. Their new lineup now includes Ludwig “zai” Wåhlberg, formerly of OpTic Gaming, and Mihail “Misha” Agatov, a recognizable name within the EU tier-two circuit.
This announcement came in a video shared via the team’s official Twitter.

We are extremely glad to announce our new Dota 2 roster for the upcoming 2018-2019 DPC season! We'll be playing Qualifiers for the upcoming KL Major shortly, and you can catch our LAN debut at the @PVPEsports tournament in Singapore next month! pic.twitter.com/H01CgddJBC
This comes after the departure of two of their other players, Adrian “Fata” Trinks and Marcus “Ace” Hoelgaard, who were recently announced as part of Peter “PPD” Dager’s pickup squad.
During the previous competitive season, Team Secret, led by Clement “Puppey” Ivanov, was most recently known for finishing fourth in the Dota Pro Circuit.
The organization was founded by Puppey, with a historical mix of celebrity players and, especially in recent years, newer players with understated potential, including Yeik “MidOne” Nai Zheng and former teammate Ace. Puppey himself is a legendary captain, as a winner of the first International event with Natus Vincere.
The team now consists of the following players:
- Yeik “MidOne” Nai Zheng
- Michał “Nisha” Jankowski
- Clement “Puppey” Ivanov
- Yazied “YapzOr” Jaradat
- Ludwig “zai” Wåhlberg
It appears Lee “SunBhie” Jeong-jae, part of the organization since last year’s TI7 qualifiers, will remain the team’s coach.
